The keys of your accommodation will be given to you at the reception of our domain, at the Golden Lakes Village, Route de la Plate Taille n°51 in 6440 Boussu-lez-Walcourt.

Which documents do I need to bring with me for the check-in?
In order to facilitate the check-in process, we will ask you to bring an identity document, your voucher and a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We will take your bank imprint as a rental guarantee. Your account will not be debited (except in case of rental damage noted at the end of your stay). If you do not have a credit card, the rental guarantee of 200€ must be deposited in cash.
At what time will the accommodation be at my disposal?
Check-in is scheduled from 4pm.
In case of arrival before 4pm, you will not be able to access to your accommodation. If the accommodation is ready, you will of course be able to use it.
In case of late arrival, we will ask you to contact the reception of the domain in order to inform the staff.
What time do we have to get out of the house ?
On the day of your departure, you will have to leave the accommodation in the morning between 9 and 10 am.
Are animals accepted in our holiday park?
Pets are accepted in our holiday domain. A maximum of two pets are allowed per accommodation. A supplement of 25€ per animal per stay will be asked you to pay on the spot at your arrival. It is compulsory to mention this information when you make your reservation.
What is included in the price of the reservation?
The rate that appears on your booking includes the price of the rental of the accommodation, the various charges such as water and electricity consumption as well as the cost of cleaning the villa. Since January 2020, the linen kit is also included in our rates. A child's chair and a baby bed are at your disposal free of charge (on request at the time of booking). The 2nd bed and the 2nd chair are not free of charge.
What extras do I have to pay on site?
At your arrival, we will ask you to pay the tourist tax which amounts to 1€/pers/night. A rental guarantee of 200€ will also be requested.
The accesses to the Aquacentre can be bought at the reception of our domain at a very advantageous price (1 access = 7€, price per access and per person)!
Is it mandatory to pay for the cleaning at the end of the stay?
Cleaning at the end of the stay is mandatory BUT it is ALREADY INCLUDED in our rates. No extra charge to be paid at check in.
How can we best prepare our stay?
To know everything about our domain, the region in which it is located and all the activities available nearby, download the Golden Lakes mobile application. 100% free, this application will be your best friend to plan your stay and know everything about the destination and our services! During your stay, you will have all the information in your pocket!
How many parking spaces are available per accommodation?
The number of places is not limited.
Therefore, there is no private space next to each of the houses. But you will find several parking areas nearby.
Am I sure to get the best price if I book online?
As the managing company of the resort, we set our own rental rates, which are used by our partners as a basis. Apart from a special action from them, you are sure to get the best price. Furthermore, we do not charge any booking fees to the tenants except in case of cancellation (see our general conditions).

Are there any special benefits or additional discounts?As a guest at Golden Lakes Village, you are authorized to apply for a privilege card free of charge. This card gives you the right to many discounts from our tourism partners in the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure region. During the year, as a privilege customer, you will receive special discounts valid at certain times of the year.

I book directly through the website and I have a special wish. How can I make it known?
Go to the " Booking " tab, choose your dates of stay, select in the second step the type of accommodation you want. Once done, you will then have the possibility to mention your wishes in the "Special Request" space.

You think you had a technical problem with your online payment?
In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at +32 71 31 71 19 or by email via the contact form. We will then confirm whether the payment has been received or whether a technical problem occurred during the transaction.
How can I modify my booking?
For any modification of your reservation, you just have to contact us by email or by phone. No additional fees will be charged.
When will my reservation be confirmed?
Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we have received your deposit. Following receipt of this deposit, a confirmation will be sent to you automatically by email or by post.
How much is the deposit for my reservation?
We ask our customers to pay a 25% deposit. You have the possibility to proceed directly to the payment of the entire amount of your stay.
When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?
The balance must be paid no later than two weeks before arrival. In case of a last minute booking, you can pay the balance on the spot.
How can the caution be paid?
Upon arrival, a deposit of 200€ will be requested on site. We will ask you to give us a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We will then take a print of it but will not charge your card. This is a guarantee for our services. If you do not have a credit card, the deposit can be made in cash.
What are the cancellation conditions?
15.00 € will be charged and non-refundable once the reservation has been made.
Apart from this 15€, free cancellation up to one month before the day of arrival.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable.
- If cancelled less than 15 days before arrival, 90% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
- If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
Are holiday cheques accepted?
Holiday cheques are not accepted.
Is it possible to take half or full pension?
We don't offer that kind of service. However, you have the possibility to eat at our bistronomic restaurant, La Brasserie des Lacs. In the surrounding area, you will find many restaurants.
Are the accommodations adapted for PMR?
Unfortunately, our accommodations are not adapted to PMR. However, the 4 bedroom villas - 8 persons are equipped with a bedroom with shower room on the ground floor.
